Delivery Information

Many of our items are available for dispatch within 3-5 working days and some can be made and sent the same day!

In busy periods this may be longer. Some of our items may take longer to create but this is detailed on the individual product details. Please note, these are approximate dispatch times and they can be affected by bad weather and busy periods.

Please note this time frame is WORKING DAYS TILL DISPATCH, delivery time is additional. Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days. 

There are several choices on how you can choose your items to be posted at checkout which include First class, Second Class, Tracked 48 and Tracked 24, however other options are available just connect with us and we will do our best to help! Standard delivery for second class post typically takes 2-3 working days but if there are delivery issues such as bad weather or strike action, then delivery times can be impacted so please bear this in mind when placing your order.

Once an order leaves us, like all small businesses we are not in control of the postal/courier system and delays in delivery are beyond our control and responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for orders that may arrive later than estimated. Refunds or other compensation are not given if an item is delayed due to a courier.
