Many of our products are dispatched within 3-5 working days from your order. In busy periods this may be longer. Some of our items may take longer but this is detailed on the individual product details. These are approximate dispatch times and they can be affected by bad weather and busy periods.
Please note this time frame is WORKING DAYS TILL DISPATCH – delivery time is additional.
Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days.
Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days but if there are delivery issues such as bad weather or strike action, then delivery times can be impacted so please bear this in mind when placing your order.
Once a order leaves us, like all small businesses we are not in control of the postal/courier syatem and delays in delivery are beyond our control & responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for orders that may arrive later than estimated. Refunds or other compensation are not given if an item is delayed due to a courier.
Mistakes happen and we’ll try our best to amend your order, however, on occasions we aren’t able to make any changes. This is usually because the item you’ve ordered has already gone into production. Please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Yes, you do have to pay postage on any returns to us, unless an item is faulty or received in error. We are a small business so at the moment we cannot offer free returns.
No, unfortunately we do not accept returns for sale items unless faulty.
If you purchase during one of our general sales online and wish to return /exchange an item you are welcome to. You can do this equal to the amount your purchased. If the replacement item costs more and the sale has finished you will need to pay the difference.

Please make sure you have spelt any personalisation correctly as we will use what you have given us. If the error is on our part then we will reissue the item.
Yes! You can get gift certificates for friends and family or for yourself, click on the tab at the top of the page.
Gift certificates have no end date so are valid for as long as we are operating.
You cannot purchase a gift certificate using a gift certificate.
